Japanese Clients Inspect Waste Tire Shredders

Recently, the SUNY GROUP factory welcomed a delegation of clients from Japan. The primary objective of this visit was to observe the manufacturing processes, safety standards, and actual operational performance of SUNY GROUP’s large-scale waste tire shredders.

Upon the Japanese clients' arrival at the facility, SUNY GROUP’s sales representatives first led them on a comprehensive on-site tour of the factory premises. In the conference room, the sales team presented a detailed overview of SUNY GROUP’s global service network, as well as major solid waste recycling projects successfully implemented across Asia and Europe in recent years. Subsequently, accompanied by the sales team, the Japanese clients ventured into the heavy machinery manufacturing workshop to view the centerpiece of their inspection: the waste tire shredder. SUNY GROUP’s technical engineers highlighted the shredder’s key advantages:

1. Powerful Drive System: Featuring high torque and low rotational speed, the equipment utilizes a high-power electric motor paired with a heavy-duty planetary gearbox reducer. This configuration ensures robust shredding force when processing large-sized tires while effectively minimizing operational noise.

2. Premium Blade Materials: The shredder blades are crafted from imported, high-strength alloy steel. Subjected to a multi-stage precision heat treatment process, these blades offer exceptional durability, thereby significantly reducing operating costs for the client.

3. Reinforced Housing and Bearing Seats: To withstand the impact forces generated by the continuous shredding of hard tires, the shredder housing is integrally cast and precision-machined in a single pass using advanced CNC machining centers. This robust housing, combined with fully sealed, heavy-duty bearing seats, significantly extends the equipment's service life.

4. Intelligent PLC Safety Control: The equipment is outfitted with an intelligent microcomputer control system. Should the machine be fed with oversized materials that cause the motor current to overload, the system automatically triggers a reverse-and-reset mechanism within milliseconds. After readjusting the material's position, the shredding process resumes, enabling fully automated, unattended operation.

Following the technical presentation, we conducted a live demonstration of the shredder processing actual waste tires; the clients expressed their utmost satisfaction with the machine's operational performance.
