Recently, the SUNY GROUP factory welcomed a delegation of investors from Brazil specializing in electronic waste recycling. As one of South America's largest generators of electronic waste, Brazil faces an increasingly urgent demand for highly efficient, high-purity equipment for recycling waste printed circuit boards (PCBs). During their visit, the Brazilian clients conducted a comprehensive, end-to-end inspection and evaluation of SUNY GROUP’s fully automated waste PCB crushing, sorting, and recycling line.
In the factory's heavy-duty testing area, SUNY GROUP engineers fed a mixed batch of waste PCBs—including computer boards, mobile phone boards, and various home appliance boards—into the production line. As the machinery operated in perfect synchronization, a continuous stream of mixed metal powder emerged from one end, while clean resin fiber powder was discharged from the other; the entire process was both highly efficient and seamless. SUNY GROUP’s PCB recycling system earned high praise from the Brazilian clients, thanks to its cutting-edge physical crushing and separation technology, as well as its exceptional return on investment.
Brazil imposes extremely stringent standards regarding industrial noise, dust emissions, and environmental compliance. To meet these requirements, the waste PCB recycling line features a fully enclosed design utilizing negative-pressure conveying technology. Every potential dust-generating point—from the initial crushing stage to the final sorting stage—is precisely connected to a high-efficiency pulse dust removal system (boasting a collection rate of 99%). During the live demonstration, there was absolutely no dust leakage, and operational noise levels remained remarkably low, fully complying with Brazil’s local environmental regulations for green industrial facilities.
Following this on-site equipment verification and in-depth technical discussion, the Brazilian clients expressed their profound admiration for SUNY GROUP’s manufacturing craftsmanship and advanced automation control capabilities; furthermore, they finalized the specific details for future customized collaboration on the spot.
