The circuit board recycling equipment purchased by the Turkish client employs a physical crushing and sorting method. It is an eco-friendly system designed for the recovery and processing of waste circuit boards and electronic products. Utilizing a "dry physical method" process, the system achieves the separation of metals from non-metals through stages such as crushing and sorting, typically achieving a total metal recovery rate of approximately 98%. The primary recycling process of this equipment is as follows:

1. Crushing and Pulverizing: Raw materials undergo a series of processes—including shredding, coarse crushing, and fine pulverizing—to transform the circuit boards into a powder mixture consisting of metals and resin fibers.

2. Sorting and Separation: High-Voltage Electrostatic Separation:** By leveraging the differences in the electrical conductivity of the materials, this stage separates conductors (metals) from non-conductors (resins) under the influence of high-voltage corona and electrostatic fields.

3. Airflow and Gravity Sorting: A combination of specific gravity sorting and airflow sorting is employed to further enhance the purity of the separation.

4. Dust Removal System: The system is equipped with a "three-in-one" dust collection device to ensure a dust-free production environment, ensuring that all operational parameters meet national environmental standards.
