Primary Heavy-Duty Shredding: A low-speed, high-torque dual-shaft shredder shears the entire appliance unit into uniform, elongated strips.

Secondary Hammer Crushing: The shredded material enters a high-speed hammer mill for further processing, effectively detaching the plastic components from the metals.

Magnetic Separation: A high-intensity belt-type magnetic separator attracts and separates all ferrous metals (iron and steel), achieving a separation efficiency of up to 98%.

Eddy Current Separation: Utilizing the principle of eddy currents, non-ferrous metals—such as aluminum and copper—are propelled into a separate collection bin, leaving behind only non-metallic waste materials like plastics and rubber.

Stainless Steel Induction Sorting (Optional): Given that many high-end small appliances contain stainless steel components, we offer optional sorting equipment based on induction sensing technology to recover these high-value alloy materials.

Airflow and Gravity Separation: The remaining plastic waste undergoes further refinement to remove lightweight dust and foam, ultimately yielding clean, marketable plastic flakes.
