UAE Client Visits Factory to Witness Dual-Shaft Shredder Trial Run

A client from the UAE recently visited the SUNYGROUP facility to observe the manufacturing and testing processes for our dual-shaft shredders. The visit began with a tour of our heavy machinery processing workshop. Guided by our engineers, the client examined in detail the core manufacturing stages of the dual-shaft shredder:

Precision Blade Processing: The client observed up close the shredding blades, which are crafted from a special alloy steel. Specifically addressing the types of metal scrap prevalent in the Middle East, we demonstrated our blade hardness testing and heat treatment processes, ensuring that the blades maintain exceptional wear resistance even under extreme operating conditions.

Heavy-Duty Shafts and Bearings: We showcased the main shafts, which have undergone precise dynamic balancing. The design—featuring high-torque reducers and reinforced bearing housings—guarantees the structural stability of the equipment when shredding large-sized and heavy-duty materials.

In the factory's trial run area, our technical team prepared a variety of materials—including scrap metal, plastic drums, and thick-walled plastic pipes—to conduct a live feeding demonstration tailored to the client's specific requirements. Following the trial run, the client expressed great satisfaction with the uniformity of the shredded output.
