Aluminum plastic separation machine delivery to Japan

The aluminum plastic separation equipment uses physical crushing and electrostatic sorting to separate aluminum and plastic. First, the medicine board is roughly crushed into pieces of less than 10mm through a knife crusher, and then enters a high-speed water-cooled turbine crusher to crush the pieces. The material is finely crushed into a mixture of aluminum and plastic. The material that meets the requirements is screened through the rotary vibrating screen and the aluminum and plastic are separated using the principle of the electrostatic separator. The unqualified material is returned to the mill for further crushing. The loss of aluminum and plastic is very low, and the recycling rate of aluminum is close to more than 99%. This equipment adopts complete dry physical separation, does not cause secondary environmental pollution, and has good social and economic benefits.

The Japanese customer purchased a set of 500kg/h aluminum-plastic panel separation and recycling equipment from our factory.
