Copper (containing about 35%) in the negative electrode of lithium batteries is a widely used important production raw material. The carbon powder adhered to it can be used as an additive for plastics, rubber, etc. Therefore, it is important to effectively separate the negative electrode materials of waste lithium batteries, realize the resource utilization of waste lithium batteries, and eliminate their corresponding environmental impacts. Commonly used waste lithium battery recycling methods include hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy and mechanical physics methods.
Compared with wet and fire methods, the mechanical physical method does not require the use of chemical reagents and consumes less energy. It is an environmentally friendly and efficient method. Based on the structural characteristics of the negative electrode of lithium batteries, a combined process of crushing, screening and airflow sorting is used to conduct separation and enrichment research to achieve efficient separation and recovery of copper, aluminum and carbon powder in the negative electrodes of waste lithium batteries.
Today we designed a set of 1000kg/h lithium battery recycling equipment for foreign customers based on their needs. At present, this set of recycling equipment has been loaded and sent abroad. Looking forward to hearing from customers soon.
