Refrigerator recycling line has good market prospect

Currently, my country's refrigerator dismantling industry is still in its infancy. After dismantling the harmful gas in the used refrigerator and large parts such as the compressor, the used refrigerator can be directly sent to the dismantling line. After dismantling the refrigerator, the iron is sorted out by a crusher and a magnetic separator, and the purity can reach more than 98%. The remaining materials are separated into non-ferrous metals and plastics by eddy current separators. Non-ferrous metals are separated into copper and aluminum through airflow separators, and the separation rate can reach more than 95%. Plastics can be separated into different materials through electrostatic separators for classification. The whole production line is equipped with foam plastic collection and dust collection systems, which can reach a purity of more than 97%.
