Lead smelting cupola furnace is a melting device used in foundries that can be used to melt cast lead. The cupola can be made almost any practical size. The overall shape is cylindrical and the equipment is arranged vertically, usually supported by four legs.
There is the exhaust gas & dust treatment system installed combined with the cupola furnace, which can keep there is an effecient pollution control system in steady. The composition of waste gas contains: CO2, CO, SO2 and dust.
Application:
By the cupola furnace, the lead that get from waste lead-acid battery can be smelted and casted, then it is easier for transporation and sale.
Raw Materials:
The lead separated by the Battery Separation Section (automotive battery, truck battery, electric bicycle battery, etc.)
Final Product:
The final product is the lead ingot, the lead slag can be sold directly.
Raw materials are melting in cupola furnace with water cooling system. Lavaflows out from the side hole at lower part of cupola furnace, and there is also the lead slag will output from another exit and be collected by the mould.
