The entire process achieves a metal recovery rate of over 98%, with copper purity exceeding 95%, ensuring even tiny precious metal particles are fully recovered.

Its core advantage is its excellent environmental performance: equipped with a pulse bag dust removal system, the dust collection rate reaches 99.9%, and the workshop dust concentration is far below national standards; the dry processing method eliminates the need for water, preventing wastewater pollution, and the exhaust gas is purified through activated carbon adsorption before being discharged, fully complying with environmental protection policies.
