SUNYGROUP’s E-waste Recycling Plant in Mongolia

A Mongolian customer ordered a 1000kg/h e-waste recycling system from SUNYGROUP. Our installation engineers have arrived at the customer's factory and are installing and commissioning the equipment. Mongolia's rapid digitalization has led to a large generation of discarded computers, mobile phones, and household appliances. The e-waste recycling system is designed to handle complex electronic waste. Through crushing and sorting processes, e-waste is transformed into valuable materials. SUNYGROUP's e-waste recycling system mainly includes the following steps:

1. Primary Shredding: Large electronic components are first shredded into uniform fragments by a biaxial shredder, and then further reduced in size by a crusher.

2. Precision Airflow Separation: Utilizing the density difference between metals and non-metals, our airflow separator achieves an initial separation rate of over 90%.

3. High-Voltage Electrostatic Separation: The electrostatic separation equipment can recover fine copper powder and precious metal powders with a purity of up to 99%. 4. Integrated Dust Removal: To protect Mongolia's pristine environment, the entire production line is equipped with a pulse dust removal system, ensuring zero dust emissions during operation.
